Announcement of the spider-type robot "SPD1" that works in a swarm.
Revolutionize the working environment! Efficiently solve chronic labor shortages and sewer inspection tasks.
Temzac Corporation has developed a spider-type robot "SPD1" (prototype) to assist in improving the efficiency of sewer inspection work. Currently, over 90% of the equipment used for investigating sewer pipes in Japan is tire-driven TV camera vehicles, while our robot adopts a multi-legged walking style that excels in traversability. In future developments, it can be applied not only to sewer construction but also to investigations and work in spaces so narrow that humans cannot enter. 【Features】 ■ A multi-legged walking robot for pipe inspection developed in Japan ■ Capable of traversing pipes with different diameters using just this one unit ■ The robot can conduct inspections and work either individually or in groups ■ Equipped with a 360-degree camera ■ Operated with a game controller *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
